Fundraising

There is an obligatory minimum Fundraising commitment per family. Senior and Junior team members have a $400 annual fundraising commitment, Age Group swimmers have a $175 commitment and TYMs have no commitment. Those families with more than one swimmer are responsible for the highest obligation of one family member. (Example: Age-Group swimmer plus a Junior/Senior, you pay $400.00 per family. If you have 2 Age-Group swimmers, you pay $175.00. If you have 2 Junior swimmers, you pay $400.00.). If your child leaves the club or changes groups after October 1, you are responsible for all fundraising fees from the original group. If your child moves to a higher level program, you will be responsible for increases in fundraising commitment, pro-rated by the month.

Families joining after October 1 are responsible for a monthly pro-rated fundraising fee, based on a September - August year. For example, if your child joins the Junior team in December, you are responsible for 9/12ths of $400 = $300.

Please, keep track of your donations . If you would like to check your account during the year you may e-mail the Fundraising Coordinator . You will be billed for all unearned fundraising dollars .

Programs : While you may satisfy your Fundraising commitment with a check, BAC runs several programs to provide families with the opportunity to "get something back" for their fundraising dollars. These programs include tangible items, such as wrapping paper and discounted grocery store coupons, as well as more intangible items, such as sponsoring your swimmer's efforts at the annual SwimAlong.
