Fees updated for 2010-2011

Please refer to the billing chart and the billing cycle for specific information about each group.

*Our swimmers compete in meets which charge fees per each event entered. A meet entry fee escrow account is established for each swimmer to cover the costs of these fees. Fees will be deducted from your escrow for each event that your child is entered in. When your escrow falls too low, you will be billed to bring the account up to the above listed amounts.

**There is also an annual USA registration fee for each swimmer of $53.

Billing cycles for 2010-2011:

7/15/10-$200 deposit due for all returning athletes (Deposit guarantees roster spot if all prior fees are paid). Please notify coach if you do not plan on returning.

10/15/10-Streaks/Snappers/Blues All program fees due. Juniors/Seniors Initial program fee payment due.

1/31/11-Juniors/Seniors final program fee payment due

*TYM billing schedule
First Installment Due 40% $255: 10/15/10 (Sept-Dec)
Second Installment Due 30% $190: 1/31/11 (Jan-March)
Third Installment Due 30% $190: 4/30/11 (April-July)
TYM parents do not have point or fundraising requirements

Other:

•  If your child joins the club after October 1: If your child joins part-way through the season, your fees, points and fundraising will be pro-rated from the month you join.

•  If your child leaves the club or changes groups after October 1: You are responsible for all fees. If your child is promoted to a higher level program, you will be billed the additional fees pro-rated by month.

•  If your swimmer is transferring to another club : You must meet all financial obligations before you will be released from BAC in order to swim at the other club. Once your financial obligations have been settled, any remaining meet escrow money will be returned to you.
