Volunteers are needed to help with Turnaround this year. The following Turnaround tasks with dates are in need of volunteers:
Dust Air Vents and Walls - 8/7
Clean Deck and Mats – 8/7 – 8/8
Paint Deck (Bleacher Area) – 8/8
Paint Deck/Pool – 8/17
Paint Deck/Pool - 8/18
Paint Deck/Pool - 8/19
Clean our rear area and parking lot – 8/17
Other Cleaning Tasks – 8/17 – 8/24
Double points awarded for turnaround tasks.
Points may be applied to the current year or next year.

Shop at Amazon and Raise Money for Blue Streak Aquatic
Just go the Berkeley Home Page/Parents Section and click onto the Amazon Portal at the bottom left hand side of the page. Everytime you make a purchase through our Amazon portal, Blue Streak Aquatic will receive a small fee. This is an easy way to raise money for our club, while being totally free of cost to you. The fees will not offset the fundraising commitment because personal reports will not be generated.

Grocery Gift Cards Will Be Available Until The End Of July For The 2007-2008 Swim Season
You Can Purchase Gift Cards Any Time By Calling Or Emailing Anita Murphy amurph@comcast.net
In addition, this summer, Gift Cards will be available at BAC on Mondays, during Snapper Practice in the morning and late afternoon at the beginning of Junior Practice until Senior pick-up.
In addition, you can now purchase BAC swim caps when grocery Gift Cards are sold. They are $5 and can be purchased with cash or checks payable to Blue Streak Aquatic.

Snappers
For 2008-9 we will continue to run Snapper practices at BAC and Drew on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The schedule is still being finalized but on those days will most likely be:
Drew 615 - 730
BH 715 - 815
If there are any BH Snappers who are interested in switching the Drew this fall, please indicate ASAP to tr1stan@juno.com
There will continue to be combined (BH and Drew) practices on Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays, timing and locations still TBD.
For those Snappers who will be 11 on or before Oct 1st or existing Blues
For 2008-9 we will continue to run Blues practices at BAC and Drew on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The schedule is still being finalized but on those days will most likely be:
Drew 600 - 730
BH 815 - 915
If there are any BH Snappers who will be Blues or existing BH Blues that are interested in switching the Drew this fall, please indicate ASAP to tr1stan@juno.com
There will continue to be combined (BH and Drew) practices on Monday, Fridays and Saturdays, timing and locations still TBD. It is the intention of the AG Coaching Staff that for the combined practices, we will divide the group either by Age or by Aerobic/Technique like we do with Snapper Combined practices.
